Regal is currently looking for a qualified and dependable Inside Sales Specialist
Regal Distributing is a wholesale distributor of foodservice packaging & janitorial products with locations in Lenexa KS, Pendergrass GA, Grand Prairie, Texas & Phoenix AZ. Regal has been in business since 1955.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Inside Sales Specialist include:
- Work with Sales Team & Managers to develop pricing strategies for new/ existing customers
- Work with the Pricing Team to formulate responses to pricing requests
- Completing solicitations and submitting bids
- Manage pricing updates for existing customers
- Update daily, weekly and monthly pricing into our system
- Able to conduct market research for competitive advantage
- Handling bid documents including reviewing terms and background
- Contacting vendors to get pricing and following up to meet deadlines
- Forecasting future sells prices
- Analyzing profit margin reports
- Run monthly sales analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
The qualifications of the Inside Sales Specialist include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level experience within distribution and rebates field
- Minimum 1 year experience within an analytical role, demonstrating expert level report analysis
- Minimum 1 year experience within Inside or Outside Sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
