Regal Distributing is a wholesale distributor of foodservice packaging & janitorial products with locations in Lenexa KS, Pendergrass GA, Grand Prairie, Texas & Phoenix AZ. Regal has been in business since 1955.
JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Service Specialist will work as a team with other customer service peers and will be responsible for handling day to day functions for for specific customer accounts. This is an hourly position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Order Entry
- Verifying Pricing
- Invoicing
- Daily/Monthly Filing
- Communication with customers via email/phone
- Working with delivery drivers, warehouse, & sales teams
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multi-task
- Problem solving
- Works well in team environment that is fast paced
